I ran into a similar problem, where it in my case was due to currency. Do you use other currencies than dollar on your instance? In my case I got small deviants in the prices when the dollar value changed relative to my currency. To fix this I changed the currency options on the instance to a Single Currency Model. This is a somewhat complicated option to change, so I would want to make sure that currency were the problem before changing it. Furthermore, to use Singe Currency Model, you have to be sure you're only going to use one currency in your instance. A good description on the field is given in this article:

Greetings! Thank you for taking the time to respond. I am using only one currency and that is pound/GBP. I went through the article referenced by you and cross checked in my instance and found that all the settings are already there as explained in the article.
Any other suggestions that I can try?
Just an update - We had raised a HI ticket and SNOW team was able to recreate the same issue in baseline instance and has created a problem record for this issue.
