IT GRC Remediations have a target close date field which should NOT default to created date plus 1 day so that they can set reasonable target timeframes for the remediation owners.
Currently, this field is defaulting to one day after the created date - this should not occur.
How to set the field, so that users can enter date by themselves..???
Remediation tasks are only in legacy GRC... so its been a while for me.
Remind me... are Remediation Tasks are manually created, yeah? So it should be a simple exercise in finding out what mechanism populates it. You can check the following:
- Default value for the field
- A client script that populates it on load/on change
- A business rule that populates it On Display or Before Insert
