    Completeing INC surveys on mobile deivces

      We had an INC opened from a provider who could not complete an incident survey from their mobile device. While looking into this issue it seems that when you click on the survey link it is launching the app to allow users to complete the survey. If the app is not installed, the device looks like it is searching and then they get a blank screen. Once the App is installed the user can complete the survey. Not all of users have the app installed. Is there anything we can do to resolve this issue or is installing the app the only solution for mobile devices?
