    Knowledge feedback "add a comment" not visible




      Although "disable commenting" is set to "false" on knowledge base and articles, text box "add a comment" is not visible.

      Link Show comments/Hide comments is visible as well as the rating and helpful option, only the text box is not available to set any comments.

      The instance is running on Jakarta

      Feedback is available on our production instance still running on Helsinki



      Would be glad if someone could help me sorting out this issue.
