We have just spent the best part of last year configuring Discovery in our Jakarta Instance. Its now working well, with the data flowing in as expected. Now the technical piece is operational we are looking to nail the operational process to ensure all manual and discovered attributes along with relationships are correct. Part of POC for this process I'd like to generate a ticket for each newly discovered server that ServiceNow creates a CI record for, Then auto assign the ticket to a support group dependant on class. Has anyone out there done anything similar? If so some guidance on how to achieve this would be awesome.
