    Email Generated Ticket - Text Filter

      Hey everyone,

       

      Does anyone know how to limit what text is pulled from an email that then generates a ticket?

       

      Basically I would like to exclude the T&C's blurb that we attach to our emails that go out externally.

       

      Under email properties I have entered the following in the Discard everything below this text if found in a reply body (comma separated, case sensitive)

      \n\n-----Original Message-----,\n\n  _____  \n\nFrom:,\n\nFrom:

       

      The above doesn't seem to work as it is still pulling that information from emails in to the tickets.
