I am looking to get the timer information to display in a pop up. I am able to get the timer information to show. However, I would like for it to show the time the current user has logged. The dateNumericValue() does not work on a client script.
When a person saves the ticket (incident, problem, change or request) I would like a pop up for them to validate the time that would be submitted for them to confirm. This is utilizing the timer that calculates your time automatically which is added to the time worked related list.
I am working on trying to either do this via a client script or UI page. I am having challenges doing either way. Would like to determine which route is best and some guidance on accomplishing.
So you want a pop-up just before form is submitted, RIght?
This Pop-up should show Date Values in Logged in user time zone?
Please clarify. UI Page will be a good option.
Yes, I would like the pop up to show once the save or update button is clicked.
The pop-up only needs to show the value of the timer from time_worked that has been running since they have been on the page for them to confirm the time submission.
I was able to complete this by using a client script. Appreciate your quick response.
