Change Login page banner color

Can anyone tell me on how to change the login page banner color.

On your home page, in the same line where you see "Welcome: First.Last", (next to the logout option) you will see a gear/settings option. Select the settings option and scroll down to the theme option to choose a color that you prefer.

By doing this, Theme is getting change but not the login page theme. Can you please suggest on the same.

You can change the banner colour via System Properties -> Basic Configuration (see heading below).     In my instance I use the RGB hex number to define the banner colour.   You can find the hex numbers here : 500+ Named Colours with rgb and hex values or from various other internet sites.

I am looking for same setting. All given hints here do not update the Login / Welcome Page banner color. Please consider that no special theme can be used because uses is not logged in at this time.

Reproduce in an OOB instance (Helsinki):

1. Login as admin and select a custom theme

2. Logout and see the banner: its diffrent color. (in https://<instance>.service-now.com/navpage.do)

3. How to change the header background color and text color?

All settings i have tried so far only change the banner AFTER login....
